清大夜貓子電影院十五年來不間斷地嘗試影展的各種可能性，讓校園影展不只是「校園裡的影展」。演講將分享影展中人、空間和電影的故事，與始終如一的相信：以好電影邀請觀眾走進來。
For the last fifteen years, Lori Chen has served as the curator of Late Night Movie Theater at NTHU. She has experimented with curating film festivals of various formats, making Late Night Movie Theater more than a university film theater. In this lecture, Lori Chen will share stories behind the curation of the festivals and how she realizes Late Night Movie Theater's ideal by "bringing fine cinema to the doorsteps of the audience." She will also discuss how the meanings of life, spaces, and people in and around the theater are redefined in the process.
講者簡介Speaker Bio
任職於清大藝術中心，負責夜貓子電影院影展逾十年。策畫過的大型專題包括：「此曾在：黃文英影像美術設計專題影展」（2015），「浪與浪搖幌：邱剛健專題影展」（2018），「浮城猛步：香港影展」（2019）。
Lori Chen has curated film festivals for the Late Night Movie Theater at NTHU's Arts Center for more than a decade. Her recent large-scale curatorial works include "That-has-been—W. Y. Hwarng Production Design Exhibition & Film Screening" (2015), "The Waves and Waves: Gang-Jian Qiu Retrospective" (2018), and "Hong Kong Manbo Film Festival." ( 2019).
