徵求：文化研究國際中心學生研究小組計畫 / Call for Participants: ICCS Students Group Research Grant
【學生研究小組補助計畫】
文化研究國際中心學生研究小組支持與中心研究相關之碩博士生在研究議題發展上進行合作，以中心推動議題“衝突，正義，解殖”為主題。 鼓勵由境外生與本地生，尤其是跨校學生，共同執行的小型研究團隊，定期討論，鼓勵多元形態的知識生產方式。研究計畫應配合中心中長程計畫：全球脈絡下亞際社會批判研究範疇下關於「衝突、正義、解殖」的相關議題，包括東北亞、東南亞、南亞、中亞、中東、非洲、歐洲、南美洲等地。

審查結果公告 ：April 30th, 2021
補助經費上限 : NTD 100,000 /組
申請資格及注意事項
1. 參與本中心整合型研究計畫之研究員所指導或推薦之研究生。
2. 研究生需為在台就讀中之碩、博士學生。
3. 研究小組成員至少三人，上限十人。
4. 研究生小組必須負責研究計畫的發想與執行，定期進行交流，並與指導老師討論。
5. 指導老師不負責評估研究計畫之可行性，並給予最終研究成果的評估意見。

A.計畫申請書（2000字以內，並包含以下內容）
i. 研究計畫：a）問題意識；b）研究背景；c）研究目標；d）執行方式；e）預期成果：研究目標及成果展現之形式概述，例如：學術研究論文(WPS或期刊)、系列短文(CJD)、小誌、刊物、影片/紀錄片、策展、網站等；f）與中心整合型研究計畫之關聯性。
ii.參與者列表：參與者之姓名、系所、簡介、負責工作項目等。
iii.工作期程：研究計畫之預定工作期程，例如：開會、籌備、活動規劃、成果繳交等相關預計時間表。可以使用甘梯圖呈現。（請注意配合本辦法第四條之成果繳交規定）
iv.其他對審查有利之資料：過去相關研究成果。
B. 經費預算表（經費以上限10萬元為原則）
請於500字內說明經費運用之理由，並填妥經費預算表。經費預算表應涵蓋任何與研究小組有關之費用。補助項目為研究小組成員執行計劃之費用，例如：研究經費、印刷費、編輯費、設計費、郵資、講座鐘點費、講者交通費等相關費用。
成果繳交及經費核銷之規定
1、 成果繳交：
i. 研究成果經指導老師審核後，必須投稿於本中心CJD或WPS平台（二擇一），
ii. 研究小組需提供一篇執行成果報告摘要（800-1000字，可附圖），此報告摘要將公開於本中心網站及年度成果刊物。
iii. 相關成果發表需註記「教育部高等教育深耕計畫特色領域研究中心--國立陽明交通大學文化研究國際中心所支持之成果」。
iv. 研究成果報告需於研究小組計畫結束後兩個月內繳交。若無法如期繳交，學生研究小組需將補助金額全數退還。
2、 經費核銷：
核定補助經費需於該期研究計畫期程結束前，依核銷程序，送達本中心行政辦公室核銷。下半年度計畫的經費核銷截止期限為該年度12月1日。

l 第一階段：3月中旬開放申請；3 月 30日截止送件；4 月 30日本中心公告審核結果。
l 第二階段：7月中旬開放申請；7 月 31 日截止送件；8月 30 日本中心公告審核結果。

l 以電子檔寄至 iccs@nctu.edu.tw ，信件主旨以「陽明交通大學文化研究國際中心學生研究小組申請：申請小組標題」為題，並以收到中心確認回函為憑。
l 申請案件如有資料不齊全，經承辦人發文通知補件情形時，申請者應依本中心通知之期限內備齊資料補件（以一次為限）。
審核結果公告：申請案件將由本中心學生事務小組委員審核，獲補助名單將於中心網站公告並與獲補助小組聯繫。

ICCS Students Group Research Grant
In regard to facilitate Integrated Research Project, the International Center for Cultural Studies(Hereinafter as the ICCS), National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and the International Institute for Cultural Studies, University System of Taiwan, has now launched a Group Research Grant for the ICCS Students. We encourage graduate students to get together to formulate small research groups and to produce diverse knowledge. By this grant scheme, we aim to cultivate and expand the research capabilities of our center as well as our fellow students in cooperation units. And as a result, we look forward to promote cooperation and exchanges in the field of Inter-Asian Cultural Studies.

Eligibility Requirements and Further Information
a. Graduate students instructed or recommended by the ICCS researchers.
b. Graduate students who are either master or doctoral students in Taiwan.
c. The research group can involve a minimum of 3 and up to 10 members.
d. The research group is responsible for the development and execution of the research project. Regular meetings, and discussions with the instructor are required.
e. The instructor has no role in assessing the feasibility of the group research project as well as commenting on the final research outcomes.

i. Research Plan (no more than 2000 words, required information as follows)
1. Research Proposal: a) Problematics; b) Background; c) Objectives; d) Methodology; e) Expected Outcomes(presentation of research objectives and outcomes, such as academic research papers (WPS or journals), series of essays (CJD), blogs, publications, films/documentaries, exhibitions, websites)
2. List of Members: Name, Institute, Descriptions, and Job Duties of each members
3. Work Schedule: work schedule of the research project includes meeting, preparations, event planning, outcomes delivery and any related activities in the estimated timetables. You are welcome to present it in a Gantt chart. (Please refer to the outcome delivery section in Rule 4)
4. Other Supplementary Documents: previous related research works
ii. Budget Plan(maximum $100,000 allowable expenses in principal)
Please explain the reasons for the use of funds in 500 words and list them in a budget table. The Budget Plan should cover every expenses related to the group research and they should be listed properly. The grant items are the expenses for the research group members to implement the project, such as research expenses, printing fees, editing fees, design fees, postage, lecture fee, and speaker transportation expenses.
1. Outcome Delivery and Reimbursements
a. Outcome Delivery
i. After review by the instructor, the Research Outcomes Report must be submitted either to the ICCS’s CJD or WPS platform.
ii. The research group is required to provide a Summary of the Research Outcomes(800-1000 words, with photos attached), which will be published on the center's website and annual report.
iii. An acknowledgement of “This work was supported by the International Center for Cultural Studies, ICCS_NYCU (Awardee of Research Center for the Special Fields Program, Higher Education SPROUT Project)” should be included in any relevant publications of the research project.
iv. The Research Outcomes Report must be submitted within 2 months after the end of the research project. Research groups who fail to do so shall return all their grants.
b. Reimbursements
Reimbursements shall be approved by the ICCS office in accordance with the reimbursements procedures before the end of the research project. The deadline of reimbursements for the 2nd term will be December 1 of the year.

• Please send us your application via email to iccs@nctu.edu.tw titled “apply for the ICCS Students Group Research Grant - title_of_your_research”. Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation letter from the ICCS.
• You will be contacted if we require additional information to process your application. Please resubmit all the required documentation at one time to assist in streamlining the assessment of applications.
Announcement of Application Results:
The application will be reviewed by the Student Affairs Committee of the ICCS. Funding decisions will be announced on the center's website and the granted research group will be notified.
