上午場 ：年輕學者座談“我的研究歷程—回顧與反思” ( 備中英韓翻譯 )
下午場 ：學者工作坊“北韓研究的歷史、現況以及南北韓心意整合研究 ” ( 備中英韓翻譯 ) 

南韓和台灣的歷史經驗互相重疊，包括殖民、分斷、冷戰和後冷戰，因此兩者之間相互比較參照的可能性一直存在。雖然歷史條件賦予的可能性存在，同時大眾文化中的互相滲透一直擴大，但是在地歷史和現實處境的複雜性使得兩邊民眾和學術界不容易進行更深層的交流。尤其，分斷是一個無可迴避的重要環節。（私立）北韓研究大學是第一個在南韓以開放的角度開拓北韓研究領域的研究和教學機構。對於分斷另一邊的認識狀況是一個決定區域內相互交流性質的重要原因。

這次「交通大學社會與文化研究所」邀請「北韓研究大學南北韓心意整合研究中心 」，請他們分享過去研究北韓的經驗，並在區域性分斷和後/冷戰脈絡，進行學術交流，期待促進形成南韓和台灣之間更具深度的學術交流網絡。
